How our team does what they do. From the beginning to the end. Every step that comes with a perfect design.

First, we meet with the client to understand their requirements, goals, and vision for the project. They discuss the site conditions, budget, timeline, and any specific preferences.
Consultation

We conduct a thorough analysis of the site, including its topography, soil conditions, climate, existing vegetation, and any relevant regulations or restrictions. They may also assess factors like views, solar orientation, and drainage patterns.
Site Analysis

Based on the client’s needs and the site analysis, we will develop a conceptual design. This stage involves creating sketches, diagrams, and mood boards to illustrate the overall vision and design intent for the project. It may include ideas for spatial layout, hardscape features, planting schemes, and other design elements.
Conceptual Design

Once the client approves the conceptual design, we will keep going with the design development phase. This involves refining the design, selecting specific materials, and developing more detailed plans, sections, and elevations. The architect also considers functional aspects such as accessibility, irrigation systems, and lighting design.
Design Development

We prepare construction documents that provide comprehensive guidelines for the implementation of the design. These documents include detailed drawings, specifications, and other necessary information to guide contractors during the construction phase.
Interior Design

We will assist the client in the bidding process by distributing the construction documents to potential contractors. They may also provide recommendations or help the client evaluate contractor proposals before finalizing the selection.
Bidding & Selection

During the construction phase, we will oversee the implementation of the design. They collaborate with contractors, review progress, and address any questions or issues that arise. They ensure that the project is executed according to the design intent and specifications.
Construction Administration

Once construction is finished, we will start to inspect the site, ensures all elements are correctly installed, and confirms that the project meets the client’s expectations. They may also provide guidance on ongoing maintenance and management of the landscape. Then…we celebrate
